"My mare started coughing before Christmas and it got progressively worse, until I had to call the vet in during early January when I thought she had developed pneumonia. The cough persisted even after a course of antibiotics so I started looking for possible triggers,” says Sheila.

“After eliminating everything else, it soon became obvious that it was dust related as my pony developed the same cough when I began stabling him. My theory was proven correct as both their coughs cleared up completely within 48 hours of taking them off the sawdust.
