Setting up a horse stall with corrugated cardboard
1) Empty the stall of old material.
2) Fill the stall to preferred depth with cardboard bedding.
3m x 3m stall to a depth of 10cm --- 5 bales
4m x 4m stall to a depth of 10cm --- 6 bales

3) When mucking out
a. Pick up droppings with a muck rake as usual or use rubber gloves.
b. Flick the dry bedding off the area where the horse has urinated. Remove the wet patch with a muck fork.
c. Spread dry material over the removed urine patch.
4) Top up the stall with fresh bedding as required.
5) The used muck and cardboard makes great compost and will break down rapidly.
Airlyte animal bedding is made locally from 100% waste cardboard.
