Airlyte Gardening

Airlyte Gardening - great for weed minimization and for water retention.

Mulch

Compost and manure from common domestic farm animals (i.e. horses, cows, pigs, chickens) are two of the best materials to use as a mulch but many of us shy away from this due to the smell. Combine used Airlyte Animal Bedding with compost, sticks, bark, grass and leaves and apply directly to the soil surface of your garden as a mulch. When making your own mulch, remember to treat it like compost and ensure it's not too fresh before using it

Weed Mat

When initially preparing your garden beds, a thick layer of Airlyte Animal Bedding can be laid down prior to the soil. This will not only act as a weed deterrent but will also help to retain moisture down at the root level

Due to the properties of Airlyte, it is great for Orchards, Vineyards, Nurseries and Gardens.
